Your therapist will collaborate with you to identify goals and help you achieve them through a variety of evidence-based practices and strategies, effectively guiding you to a better emotional place.
If your therapist feels it would benefit you, they may recommend a treatment group. Group therapy can be an effective way to express how you’re feeling, sharing your experiences, learning about others’ journeys and building your interpersonal skills.
