About the Event:

More than 10,000 Summit County (Ohio) residents move toward recovery each year through our comprehensive array of clinical services including:

• Psychiatry Medication management Individual and group therapy

• Dual diagnosis treatment Emergency evaluation Crisis stabilization

• Day treatment (Pathways program) Case management On-site primary care

• On-site pharmacy

Portage Path Behavioral Health’s high-quality services are partially paid for through insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or under contract with the county of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board – Summit County ADM Board. Enhanced services and innovation are funded through private donations from individuals, companies, and foundations who care about the community.

All our services and facilities are accredited by the Joint Commission, a nationally recognized organization that accredits and certifies healthcare organizations and programs in the United States.

Founded in 1971 as a small, regional behavioral health care provider, Portage Path has grown to three outpatient locations and an emergency facility with services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This year marks our 53rd anniversary. We’re excited to find more ways to help our community and continue to thrive by hosting a fun event to assist those in need toward the path of recovery. 

Portage Path is the only behavioral health service in Summit County that offers services to everyone in the community regardless of socioeconomic status. 

We’re looking for sponsors to donate, knowing golf is secondary, but the mission is continual. Our 1st Annual Path to Recovery Charity Golf Event will be 8 a.m. on July 1st, 2023, at Raintree Golf Course, 4350 Mayfair Road, Uniontown, Ohio 44685.
