Financial Assistance

Our partner agencies provide a safety net for Summit County residents like you.

Financial Assistance

Portage Path Behavioral Health is an affiliate of the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services Board (ADM Board). This relationship allows us to offer a sliding fee scale to adult residents of Summit County in need of mental health services. The ADM Board also funds a number of other mental health and alcohol and drug treatment programs including Child Guidance & Family Solutions, Community Support Services, Interval Brotherhood Home and Community Health Center. Collectively, these agencies provide a safety net for Summit County residents, helping to keep our community a healthy and safe place to live and work.

Sliding Fee Scale

Because Portage Path is an affiliate of the Summit County ADM Board, we are able to offer rates for our services on a sliding scale, based on ability to pay. This sliding scale is open only to persons living in Summit County, Ohio, and is based on gross monthly income and the number of persons in the family. Once you have been approved to receive services on the sliding scale, you are billed a flat fee per month, and can receive as many Portage Path services as you need for that fee.

For more information on billing issues or the sliding fee scale, contact our billing department at 330-253-3100.
