Portage Path Behavioral Health’s high-quality services are partially paid for through insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or under contract with the county of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board – Summit County ADM Board. Enhanced services and innovation are funded through private donations from individuals, companies, and foundations who care about the community.

All our services and facilities are accredited by the Joint Commission, a nationally recognized organization that accredits and certifies healthcare organizations and programs in the United States.

Founded in 1971 as a small, regional behavioral health care provider, Portage Path has grown to three outpatient locations and an emergency facility with services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This year marks our 54th anniversary. We’re excited to find more ways to help our community and continue to thrive by hosting a fun event to assist those in need toward the path of recovery. 

The Links to Mental Health Golf Outing is a charity event that will enable Portage Path to provide comprehensive and integrated care for those living with mental health and substance use issues – regardless of their ability to pay! 

Our 3rd Annual Links to Mental Health Golf Outing will be held on Friday, August 15th, 2025, at the Raintree Golf and Event Center located at 4350 Mayfair Road, Uniontown, Ohio 44685.
