New Co-locations

As part of our Here For You grant project funded by SAMHSA, Portage Path is now in the community through 3 co-locations. At these locations, a Portage Path clinician is available at certain times to speak with people about their mental health, their challenges, and how Portage Path may be able to help them where they are.

Counseling is available by telehealth, phone, onsite at a Portage Path clinic, or by meeting at a co-location convenient for the client. Almost all insurances are accepted including Medicaid. If you do not have insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on your ability to pay. Services are open to residents of Summit County.
