COVID-19 Update: PPBH Will Reopen in Phases When Safe

by | Apr 30, 2020 | Uncategorized

Portage Path is carefully formulating our plan for reopening our outpatient facilities. We do not plan to do so until we feel our clients and staff will be as safe as possible. When we do begin to move forward, opening will occur in phases.

In the meantime, we will continue to provide individual therapy, medication management and intakes through telehealth. For those details, please see below.

We will continue to do our part to slow the spread and will issue updates as they arise.

Please follow us on Facebook for updates as well as this News section of our website.

TELEHEALTH DETAILS:

Due to the COVID-19/Corona virus, Portage Path will continue to provide services via telephone and telehealth. We will continue to offer initial assessments, counseling, and medication through telephone and telehealth and make every effort to provide you with the services you need. There will be no group services available at this time and no clients inside our facilities.

Currently, our staff will be working and contacting you during your scheduled appointment times by calling the telephone number we have available currently in our records. You can also call and leave a message of the services you require.

We ask for your patience in our transition and please know we will get to you as soon as possible. You can continue to call the office where you receive services to schedule appointments, leave messages, and the staff will be available to assist in meeting your needs.

Genoa Pharmacy will remain open and available to meet your medications and can discuss delivery options available. You can call Genoa at 330/253-3600.

AxessPointe at Portage Path 340 S. Broadway will be closed and all AxessPointe questions should be referred to their Arlington Road office at 888-375-9188

We will continuously update our website and social media to keep you informed of changes within the agency. We ask that you also answer telephone calls that may come up as on your phone as “Private,” Restricted,” Or “Unknown caller” during this time as well as the usual Summit County exchanges.
