This funding supports Portage Path by increasing and enhancing Co-Occurring Treatment program services for those individuals diagnosed with mental health issues and substance use disorders by increasing access to those most in need. In 2024, an evening program, New Horizons was created to make our Co-Occurring programming more accessible. View our treatment group schedule HERE.

🤰🏽MOMS Program Launches

Portage Path is proud to announce the launch of the MOMS Program, a new initiative funded by a grant from One Ohio Recovery. This program is designed to support pregnant women facing the dual challenges of opioid use disorder (OUD) and mental health conditions.

By addressing critical gaps in maternal healthcare in Summit County, the MOMS Program demonstrates a commitment to meeting the urgent needs of the community. Outreach to local physicians and practices serving this population has begun, with the goal of reaching women who could benefit from this specialized care.

As we look back on 2024, we are proud of the strides made and the lives impacted. Thank you to our staff, partners, and community for supporting the mission of Portage Path Behavioral Health. Here’s to another year of service and growth!
