An Update about your Portage Path telehealth services:

It is important that you are seen at least once annually In-Person. Please discuss with your treatment provider when the best time would be for you to attend an in-person appointment.

Portage Path is currently offering in-person and telehealth services. Please let us know which you prefer when scheduling your appointment.

**78% of Portage Path staff are fully vaccinated, and we are still following strict health and safety guidelines such as temperature screenings, mask requirements and frequent sanitization of high-traffic areas and treatment offices regularly.
