Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC, LPCC, or LISW)
Full-time position. Responsible for: 1) providing individual and family diagnostic assessment, 2) applying clinically-appropriate methodologies in client treatment, 3) developing, planning, implementing & facilitating effective client groups, 4) providing effective oral and written communication with clients, staff, other professionals & families/caregivers, 5) maintianing effective rapport with each client using a positive, interactive style, and 6) maintaining compliance with all appropriate licensing and accrediting Boards.. Must have a Master's degree in mental health and be licensed as either a PCC, an LPCC, or an LISW in the State of Ohio. Excellent salary and benefit pacakge.
RN Charge Nurse
Full-time charge nurse needed immediately in crisis care setting at Portage Path Psychiatric Emergency Services. Responsibilities include providing clinical and administrative leadership, working with psychiatric patients in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Working hours are from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in a 36-hour work week with an excellent salary and benefits package. Bilingual applicants fluent in both English and Spanish encouraged to apply.
Mental Health Technician
Caring people needed immediately to fill mental health technician positions at Portage Path Psychiatric Emergency Services. Great opportunity to learn about behavioral healthcare in an exciting environment. Both 1st shift (7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) and 2nd shift (7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) needed. Experience in human services, crisis intervention, and/or CPR / first aid training preferred. STNA's, NA's, and psychology, social work, nursing and criminal justice students encouraged to apply.
