Intensive Treatment Services (I.T.S.)

I.T.S. is a partial hospitalization program providing a safe, structured environment where individuals can build essential life and problem-solving skills, improve treatment readiness, and regain a sense of hopefulness about the future.

I.T.S. uses a dynamic, goal-oriented approach, including open group therapy, intensive outpatient care, medication monitoring, interpersonal skills training, and crisis intervention as an adjunct to individual therapy to facilitate skill-building and aid the healing process.

I.T.S. is designed to help individuals feel better and be better prepared to participate in outpatient therapy.  In addition, I.T.S. helps develop self-reliance, problem-solving skills, and a sense of hopefulness about the future.

What clients are saying about I.T.S.:

"When I started I.T.S., I didn't think it was going to work for me ...
but I learned a lot about how I think about myself and what others think
about me. This program allowed me to express my feelings, fears,
hopes, and dreams in a group setting that made me feel safe. It is one
of the best decisions that I could have made.  It helped me learn about life."

"I have learned a lot about coping skills and how to interact with others.
I have a positive outlook on life now - I.T.S. has helped me build social
support in and out of group. I have my interest in crafts again and have an increased interest in recreational activities. Most of all, I feel I can go out
into the world and use the skill I have learned here."
